HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

In order to place an order with Tabittas, you will be required to:

o Shop for the items you want
o Add the items to your Shopping Cart
o Proceed to checkout
o Enter billing and shipping information( make sure the billing address is same as the shipping address)
o Provide payment information
o Review and submit your order
o Check for order confirmation via email or text

HOW WILL I KNOW IF Tabittas HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from tabittas.com ([email protected]) to confirm that your orders have been well-received. Next working day local customers will receive a phone call or message from our department to confirm your order. Do note that an order will only be shipped when its credit card payment has been approved, and in case of COD orders. An order is shipped when billing and delivery address is verified.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, Tabittas, issues invoices via email [email protected] for all your purchases.

When your bank account is debited, money is taken out of the account. The opposite of a debit is a credit, in which case money is added to your account

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Tabittas have their return policies on our websites, which includes a section on return damaged or defective items with in 2 days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Click Orders. If your order can still be canceled, you'll see the Cancel order option. Then, you can place a new order and choose from the available delivery options.

If you don't see an option to cancel, it means your order is too far along in the process.
