Return and Refund Policy

POLICY: Because our products are natural, we do not give refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if the product shipped to you has only a serious defect, mistake, or quality issue, we will consider replacing it at the discretion of management.

In any case, where we accept your costume return, refund, or exchange, it is entirely and only the responsibility of the customer to ship the outfit back to us at their own expense.

In most cases where we are forced to cancel an order and violate our policy, the customer is considered to be blacklisted for life on our website and all future purchase requests are denied.

QUALITY CONTROL: We retain close CCTV footage of your outfits before final shipping to keep track of the measurements and quality of the outfits provided to you. You have the right to claim it, and we will gladly provide video documentation to you.

TAXES: Our outfit prices include a shirt, pants, and dupatta, as well as FREE international shipping. Often, foreign nations do not impose taxes on their shipments, but if they do, it is your burden, not ours, as we have no influence over your country's laws.

STORE CURRENCY: All orders are processed in US dollars.

While the contents of your cart are always displayed in your local currency, you will pay with US dollars at the most recent exchange rate as determined by your local bank or credit card provider.

SIZE CHART: Our size chart is based on Ready to-Wear measurements. Before processing your order, we use your Electronic Confirmation on Checkout to validate and refer to our size chart. If you choose to make minor alterations or a custom size, please sure to include Ready to Wear Measurements.

CUSTOMIZATION: We do not customize the fabric or style of any clothing.

Most of our designs can be customized in terms of color. Please keep in mind that color customization necessitates the time and effort of the designer, and we only include them after payment is confirmed by the purchaser directly into our Pakistani bank account. Once payment is received, the designer will contact you directly to discuss your color preferences and recommendations.

LACES: Almost all of our laces are imported from China, Malaysia, and Thailand. We try to keep enough in stock, but in rare situations, laces may be substituted. Our designers ensure to include the most similar or matched Laces to our designs.

SHIPPING: We utilize FedEx as our shipping supplier, and every client must sign for their shipment to be delivered.

ALTERATIONS: We do our best to stitch as close to the stated size as possible, and we want our costumes to fit you like gloves. But, be prepared to make minor changes at your own expense; we keep 2 inches of excess fabric inside most suits for chest and waist adjustments.
